Gdansk

Gdansk, NeptuneGdansk (Gdańsk) is the Polish maritime capital. In the 14th and 15th centuries the town of Gdańsk grew to be one of the biggest and richest Baltic harbours. This harbour on the Bay of Gdańsk with a thousand years of history and some fine monuments of architecture , forms a " Triple City" with Gdynia and Sopot. Nowadays Gdansk is a large centre of economic life, science, culture, and a popular tourist destination. gdansk-houses.jpg Lying on the Bay of Gdansk and the southern cost of the Baltic Sea the city is a thousand years old. There are many interesting sites around Gdansk such as Frombork, Malbork, Oliwa, Sztutowo, and The Hel Peninsula.
We suggest to use direct air connections to/from Gdańsk instead of flying to Warsaw.
